Ingredients
Serves 1 cup
- Half a lime or lemon (we prefer lime)
- 1.2 grams of Beverage Grade Matcha (we use one stick of our Ōritsu Ceremonial Grade Matcha)
- Sparkling Water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Prepare the Citrus:
- Cut your lime (or lemon!) in half and cut a couple of slices to put in the glass.
- Press the lime juice and set aside.
- Prepare the Matcha:
- Pour 1.2 grams of matcha into a bowl and add 70ml of warm water.
- Whisk the matcha until frothy.
- Assemble the Drink:In the glass where you are drinking your matcha lemonade, add:
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices
- The freshly pressed lime juice
- Sparkling water
- Matcha
- Mix and Enjoy
- With a spoon, twirl and mix the ingredients together.
- Enjoy under the sun!
